Live! was the first live album that Status Quo released commercially. The original release in 1977 was recorded over 3 nights between 27th and 29th October 1976, recorded using the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio.

This 2LP coloured vinyl RSD exclusive is the first ever issue of night one (27th October 1976) in its entirety.

The audio has been mixed and mastered from newly discovered multi track recordings (one was in a box marked Peters and Lee!) by Andy Gamble at AVP Productions from the original ¼ master tapes and approved by Francis Rossi

Live! is regarded as one of the classic Live albums from the seventies and one of Quo’s most memorable live sets.

It shows Status Quo at their loudest, nosiest, and at their peak, with all the original lineup in tow.
